Basically the strategy I use when I play sidewinder is to get to a ghost and speedrun over to the other base steel their flag cap, and repeat. Most of the time when not playing against expert players they don't even seem to notice how/when I steal the flag, however sometimes things go spectacularly wrong in humorous ways.
